Terms and Conditions for Plug & Play Clients Coupon
1. Responsible Party
OrkestaPay is a product of Zenki S.A. de C.V. OrkestaPay reserves the right to modify or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time without obligation to notify such actions. The services provided through the OrkestaPay.com platform will be governed by the general terms and conditions established for such purposes by Zenki (OrkestaPay), which will be available on the OrkestaPay website.
2. Name of the Incentive (hereinafter referred to as the “Incentive”)
Coupon for companies that are part of the Plug & Play client portfolio.
3. Applicable Audience (hereinafter referred to as the “Client/Clients”)
Companies that are part of the Plug & Play client portfolio that are contacted directly by OrkestaPay through their own channels or through Plug & Play channels.
4. Participation Mechanics:
a. Companies that are part of the Plug & Play client portfolio and have successfully completed their registration and account activation on the OrkestaPay platform will receive a coupon for up to $5,000.00 USD (Five thousand USD) to use on the OrkestaPay platform.
b. Schedule an appointment with an OrkestaPay expert to share more details about the client’s objectives and expectations.
c. Complete the induction questionnaire and share it with OrkestaPay.
5. Validity and Relevant Dates
Start date and time (Central Time – CT) End date and time (Central Time – CT) Incentive validity: April 25, 2024 – 00:00 HRS April 24, 2025 – 23:59 HRS
6. Special Conditions
a. The incentive to which Clients are entitled under the conditions established in these Terms and Conditions can only be used through the OrkestaPay platform.
b. The incentive is non-refundable.
c. The Incentive is non-transferable.
d. Maximum one coupon per client.
e. Only applicable to new OrkestaPay clients.
f. The coupon amount is valid for up to 200,000 transactions or a maximum of 12 months, whichever comes first.
